1. Damaged Items
If your product arrives broken or damaged due to packaging, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. To process a replacement, please follow these steps:
• Report the issue within 5 days of receiving the package.
• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification purposes
Once verified, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
2. Missing Items
If any items are missing from your order and you no longer wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the cost of the missing product(s). Please note that the refund will only cover the product cost and not the shipping fees.
